This website
- No cookies. This website does not set cookies, so there is nothing to accept or turn off.
- No tracking or advertising tools. We do not use analytics, ad pixels or other third-party scripts.
- One form only: the clinic job application at /careers/apply/. No other page collects your name or details, and no page asks for health information.
- Like most websites, our web server may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
Job applications and resumes
- When you apply on our application page, your answers and resume are emailed privately to our hiring team.
- The website does not store your application or resume. The file is held in memory only while the email is sent, then discarded.
- We use your information only to consider you for a job and to contact you about it.
- To ask us to delete your application, call 204-786-8588.
